How do I get the alerts?
In Discord. Each match is posted with the price, size, condition and seller feedback already in the message, so you can judge it at a glance and open the listing while it is still live.
Can I choose which brands I hear about?
Yes. Brand alerts are optional and you pick which ones ping you, so one channel stays readable instead of filling up with everything we find.
Which sites does RackRadar watch?
Multiple UK marketplaces where second-hand clothing is listed. Searches are grouped by brand and category rather than run one at a time, which is what makes a three-minute cycle practical.
How fast will I hear about a listing?
Grouped searches re-run every three minutes, so a match reaches your Discord within that cycle rather than whenever you next happen to refresh.
What does the percentage on a listing mean?
Every brand, size and condition has a price cap we set and tune, and the percentage is how far below that cap a listing is priced. There is nothing for you to configure. It measures the asking price against our cap, not what an item is worth or whether it is genuine — those stay your call.
What is the difference between the three plans?
Only the billing period. Weekly, monthly and yearly unlock exactly the same feed, the same categories and the same alerts.
Can I cancel?
Yes, whenever you like. There is no contract or minimum term, and when you cancel you keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
