Terms of Service

Draft updated 12 September 2026

These terms explain the proposed agreement between you and the operator of RackRadar. The operator’s legal identity and contact details must be completed before these terms are final.

Current status: public feed examples and checkout are demonstrations. Completing a mock checkout does not start a paid subscription or take payment. The paid-service terms below apply only when real subscriptions are offered and you place a confirmed paid order.

1. What RackRadar provides

RackRadar is a clothing-listing discovery service. A paid plan will provide the feed and alert features described at checkout. It does not include the purchase price of clothes, shipping, marketplace fees or a guarantee that you will find a particular item.

Listings belong to independent sellers on third-party marketplaces. You buy from those sellers under the marketplace’s own terms. RackRadar does not place purchases for you, authenticate items, or guarantee seller conduct, resale value or profit.

Prices, condition descriptions and availability may change after a listing is found. Check the original listing before buying. Coverage and scan intervals are described on the service pages; scheduled scans do not mean that every listing will be found immediately.

2. Your account

Provide accurate sign-in details and keep control of your email and any linked sign-in account. Do not share sign-in codes or allow others to impersonate you. Let us know if you believe someone else is using your account.

Some features depend on third-party services or permissions you choose to enable. We will identify those requirements before you purchase. Our Privacy Policy explains how account information and preferences are handled.

3. Plans, payment and renewal

The advertised billing options have the same feature set:

  • Weekly: £2.99 every week.
  • Monthly: £7.99 every month.
  • Yearly: £79.99 every year.

Before a paid order is placed, checkout will show the total payable including applicable taxes, the billing period and the features included. An order becomes binding when we confirm acceptance. You will receive the agreed terms and order details in a form you can keep.

A live subscription is paid in advance and renews for the same billing period until cancelled. There is no commitment beyond the paid period. Stripe will handle payment when enabled; RackRadar will not ask you to send card numbers or security codes by email.

We will give notice of any proposed price change before it applies to a future renewal, so you can cancel before being charged the new amount. An increase will not change the price of a period already paid for.

If payment fails, we will explain the problem and how to update payment details. Access may be paused if the payment remains unresolved after the period stated in that notice. A page showing a successful checkout is not itself confirmation that a payment was collected.

4. Stopping your subscription from renewing

When paid subscriptions are available, you can stop renewal through the billing controls linked from account settings, or by sending a clear request to our cancellations contact. The current demonstration cancellation button does not manage a real subscription.

Ordinary cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the billing period you have paid for, and your cancellation confirmation will state that end date.

There is normally no refund of a part-used period simply because you stop renewal after the cooling-off period. This does not remove your cooling-off rights below or any refund or other remedy you are entitled to if the service is faulty or not supplied as agreed.

5. Consumer cooling-off rights

If you buy as a consumer, you normally have a legal right to cancel a service contract without giving a reason during the 14 days after the day the contract is entered into. This is different from only switching off the next renewal.

If you want the service to begin during that period, we must ask for your express request to start early and explain any proportionate charge before you agree. If you then cancel during the cooling-off period, we may deduct only the lawful proportion of the agreed price for service already provided up to your cancellation.

If the required early-start request or information was not obtained, we will not deduct service costs where the law says you owe none. Logging in or accepting general terms does not itself waive your cancellation rights.

Tell us clearly that you are exercising your cooling-off right using the contact details below. Where a refund is due, we will make it within 14 days of being informed, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee. Access ends when the contract is cancelled under this right.

Optional cancellation form

You may copy the following into an email or letter, but any clear cancellation statement is enough:

  • To: the RackRadar operator at the email or postal address below.
  • I give notice that I cancel my contract for the RackRadar subscription service.
  • Date ordered / order reference:
  • Your name and address:
  • Account email:
  • Date of notice:
  • Signature, only if sent on paper:

These statutory consumer rights may not apply if you purchase wholly or mainly for your trade or business. The ordinary renewal-cancellation policy still applies.

6. Using RackRadar responsibly

You must not use the service unlawfully, attempt to access another person’s account, bypass access controls, interfere with its operation, or redistribute private member data. You must also respect the terms of marketplaces you visit.

RackRadar’s own branding and software remain ours or our licensors’. A subscription permits use of the service; it does not transfer ownership. Third-party listing content remains subject to its owners’ rights.

7. Availability, changes and suspension

We will provide the agreed service with reasonable care and skill. Maintenance, provider failures and marketplace changes can affect availability. We will explain material interruptions and take reasonable steps to restore the service.

We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect accounts, comply with law, or address a serious breach of these terms. We will explain the reason and give an opportunity to resolve it where appropriate, unless doing so would create a security or legal problem.

If we discontinue a paid service or materially reduce what we agreed to supply, we will notify affected members and explain cancellation and any refund due. These terms do not permit us to remove paid features without a remedy. Material contract changes will be notified before they take effect; changes will not remove rights relating to an earlier purchase.

8. Our responsibilities and your rights

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of the agreement or failure to use reasonable care and skill. Third-party listing limitations do not excuse our own failure to provide the RackRadar service as agreed.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Consumers retain their legal remedies, including repeat performance or a price reduction where applicable.

9. Questions, complaints and disputes

Contact the operator below with your account email, relevant order reference and a description of the issue. Do not include full card details or sign-in codes. We will investigate and explain the outcome and any next steps.

Nothing here takes away mandatory protections under the law that applies to you, or prevents you from bringing a claim in a court you are entitled to use. These terms do not require private arbitration or restrict a consumer to a foreign court.

You can save or print this page for your records.
